rain + cool weather = high-waters for carson

carson is a tall child. he is already in size 2t even though he turns 2 in november. he will probably be into size 3t by the time real winter rolls around in jan/feb. but with this new weather pattern gracing the lovely atx, i realized today when he has high-water pants on that we are in need of a new fall wardrobe. i normally buy clothes well in advance of any season to get better prices. but i was so afraid of buying sizes he would not fit into. not so excited to buy 2t fall when i will be buying 3t winter just around the corner. but alas, i cannot let me child go around in short sleeves and capris this fall - unfortunately.
