fishing for pirates

while trolling through blog land and getting the crafting bug from all those amazing projects featured, i remembered my last project.  fish for carson for christmas.  he went through a fishing phase, so i made felt fish (with the help of my mother of course) that had washers in the inside so they would attach to a magnet at the end of the fishing line.  turned out carson lets the reel go from the top of the balcony at my moms and even the heavy duty magnet shatters when making contact with the floor.  so we have resorted to clothes pins to keep the fish on the line.  i got a tackle box from walmart that the fish live in when not in use...

i cant seem to find a better pic of the fish...lame.
