hello long lost blog, i have neglected you.  one, because i am busy.  but who isn't right? most people are busy.  and two, because i have very little witty dialogue to bless you with.  i look at my fabulous sisters. angie and laney and i am jealous of their writing style.  usually they both have something witty, funny or at least eloquent to say. i have always been lacking in the written word area.  but alas, i have accepted my inferiority at blogging. i am better at other things and that is okay with me.  we can't all be the best at everything.

as of late, just work, family and carson have commandeered my time.  i have little social life and do very little to no dating.  i have seen a few movies, caught up with a few friends here and there.  my best friend since 1st grade got married, two friends from the singles ward also were married (yay heather and jason!!), we visited bethlehem town in burnet, saw harry potter (for reals it is awesome) and made it to the gym like twice in the past month. my mom and i took carson to see tangled the new rapunzel movie, it was very cute. just finishing up christmas shopping and waiting for my sisters to return to the nest for the holidays.  we enjoyed decorating the tree at my moms and our place.  i do love christmas and having my family here.

maybe another reason i dont blog more is that i dont do much and writing it down only makes it more obvious.  but here are some recent pics of our few activities and of carson being carson. he is a lot of fun, a challenging parental experience at times, but improving with age... so far.
